Diary W/E 4th Sept 2011
MONDAY 29TH:
Yawn ! Early start today. Seems Ikea have me down as one of their door to door delivery people. Woke up to see a lorry drive away having neatly staked some 1500 catalogues! After 3 hr conversation explaining that i did not want them to send me a catalogue just come and pick up the 1000's they had left the truck came back and insisted i help them load it ! Gave them my very best helpless female look and offered insentives ... they were loaded and gone in 8 minutes.
Afternoon went well, found the knickers i thought I had lost. They were still where I had thrown them .... stuck half way up the bedroom wall.
Dinner arrived ...Mmmm Crispy shredded beef and chips ... Sherry and bed by 9.30pm
TUESDAY 30TH:
Strange dreams last night, I was dressed all in white and herding sheep in Blandford. Seems i was the head herder loved by everyone because my sheep were the fluffiest and dyed pink!
Boring day followed. Meetings with a chap looking to perform at Rubyz. He carved fruit to music. His statue of David made from a pineapple and 2 plums was interesting!
WEDNESDAY 31st:
Where has the summer gone? went jogging on the beach with my puppies. They were bouncing everywhere full of life.
Had a picnic lunch in Sandbanks with my yoga teacher, learnt how to get my legs behind my ears!
Got home about 6pm a little stiff. Hot Tub was a life saver once i had scooped out my tropical fish.
THURSDAY 1st:
6am Early morning call and into Taxi at 7am. Spent the day with the Nuns in salisbury planning this years nativity. They are looking for a modern twist. Have decided Mary will be dressed in pink lycra with Jo in a hoody. There will be three wise women bringing, Pampers, Formula and a bottle of Gin.
Great show tonight with a fab crowd. Burleque routine still not perfected I can bump and grind but never at the same time !
FRIDAY 2ND:
No sleep last night, the farmer next door was getting ready to crop spray and his engine was purring all night !
Spent the day preparing for taking the lead in tonights show .... I will be Baby in Dirty Dirty Dancing ! Melons ready and new virginal frock fitted like a glove.
Midnight : Amazing show and they loved my " Hungry Thighs ! " Note to Self .... MUST PRACTICE THE LIFT IN TIME OF MY LIFE.
SATURDAY 3RD
Sherry and cornflakes is the new Fruit and Fibre. Three bowls really did set me up for the day.
Lunchtime workout in the gym, lifted my top weight today ... 3lb 6oz !
Preperation for the show went well and the german sausage bake was a blesssing.
MIDNIGHT: Phew, what a night! 2 stag parties and lots of lovely hens! Thanks to Carl from Alton for the foot rub.
And so to bed ... all in all a good week .... Now where did I leave the keys to the cellar ? time to let the boys out for a walk and some nibbles !!!
