How It WorksBookings:Step 1: Take a look at our "what's on" page to see what shows are running on the night you want to have your party. Step 2 : Click on "Booking" and give us two preffered dates for your party. Include your email and telephone number,together with an notes such as reason for party and any special requests. Press send. Step3: Once we recieve your email we will check dates and give you a call to confirm everything. Step 4: We will forward to your email confirmation of the booking together with menus and pre-order forms and details of all our special offers and party packages. Ordering food:"We require food orders 7 days before booking" Step 1: We will send you details of the menus together with a pre- order form. Step 2: Once you have your booking you can go to our "Planning your party Page" and invite your friends and attach menus,pre order forms,menu cards etc Step 3: Once everyone has returned their food choices to you, simpy collate them into one pre-order form and send it to us "PLEASE ADVISE US OF ANY SPECIAL DIETRY REQUIREMENTS AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO CATER TO YOUR NEEDS." Payment:We require a £10 deposit per head (non refundable) within 7 days of making your booking to secure your table. Step 1: Please arrange payment of a £10 deposit per head to reach us within 7 days of making your booking. Step 2: We strongly suggest you collect everyones payments before the night to save you the worry of finding people once the party has started.
